  1. Once your online registration has been completed, registration is confirmed.
  2. If you cannot attend, we will accept a substitute delegate. The name of the substitute delegate should be provided to the organisers in writing, before Friday 15 January 2021.
  3. All cancellations must be made in writing to the organisers no later than Friday 15 January 2021.
